Interested in Helping Bring GIRLS ON THE RUN back to Somerville?
Registration begins at the end of January and the season starts in
March. Girls on the Run is an after-school program which combines
interactive lessons and running to inspire self-respect, self-confidence
and healthy lifestyles in young girls. It's open to girls in grades 3-5
and meets twice a week after school, working up to a season-ending 5K
run in May. We are looking for two or three Moms or Dads to run it. Any
questions, please check out www.gotrnjn.org and contact Melissa Fagersten (GOTR Program Coordinator) at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Heather Wilke(Somerville mom) at email@example.com
Have a great week!
